Oculoplastic practice is seeking an associate on a partnership track. It is very important to the practice that providers become part of the community and hold a highly ethical standard in their role. As an associate you will be able to get busy quickly due to the expansive referral network of the practice and current back log. Surgery is done at a nearby surgery center that can be bought into. Partnership can be offered after a couple years.

A new associate would be able to practice full scope oculoplastics doing orbital cases, functional cases, and cosmetic cases. The practice has a growing cosmetic practice and intends to continue expanding its cosmetic offerings.

Compensation will be a base salary with strong incentive bonus.

PRequirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible. Will complete/have completed an Oculoplastic Fellowship.
