There is an established ophthalmology practice in Tucson that is interested in adding a glaucoma surgeon to the practice. The physicians at the practice are booked 3 months out and the new associate will have some patients and cataract cases handed down to them; the practice expects the volume to ramp up very quickly and reach a high volume of surgery based on their current business.

Currently they have a high volume of glaucoma patients and had an ophthalmologist who was doing glaucoma procedures who has now stopped. They are referring out a large volume of glaucoma surgery. Surgery will be done in an ASC of which equity can be purchased in.

Compensation will be very competitive with a production bonus and great benefits. The practice can offer partnership at 1 year of employment.

There is no hospital call required and call at the office is very light.
