Physician owned ophthalmology group is looking for a Glaucoma Fellowship trained Ophthalmologist to assume some of the glaucoma and cataract patient base of a current surgeon within the group. The goal is to get a new associate to a balanced glaucoma and comprehensive practice with an opportunity to build a refractive cataract practice. Clinic volumes are kept manageable and tech and scribe support is given to all providers. Surgery will be done in the practices’ surgery center. Hospital call is not required but is compensated well.

The practice has a fast paced, collegial,  and supportive work environment. The practice goes to great lengths to create a collaborative and fun work culture, sometimes even closing the practice for training and company wide trips and outings.

Partnership is expected to be offered after 2 years.

Requirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible. Will complete/have completed a Glaucoma Fellowship.
