Small ophthalmology practice interested in adding an additional surgeon and offering a very flexible schedule. A new surgeon will have ultimate autonomy in the hours they set and see patients with anywhere from part time to full time being offered.

The practice has a single clinic site and does surgery at a nearby surgery center that can be bought into. The patient population the practice serves is very compliant and easy to work with. The practice see a lot of routine care and surgically focuses on cataracts but is inviting new offerings and procedures in the practice. On arrival, a new surgeon will have a patient base handed off from a current surgeon and be supported by a well trained staff and optometrists within the practice. Hospital call is completely optional in the practice but is compensated generously.

The practice will offer a base salary with a production bonus and partnership track. The practice cares little debt and would make for a consistent long term investment.

Requirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible.
