Ophthalmology group interested in adding an associate to assume the practice of a current provider who will stop doing surgery and slowing down. The new associate will have a patient base to assume on arrival and be busy quickly.

All surgery is done in a practice owned surgery center and travel to clinic sites will be minimal. A new associate will have retina colleagues to interact with on a regular basis and access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical equipment. Ample support staff including a scribe will always be provided. Currently, surgeons in the group do not treat ROP nor will a new associate be expected to. With ongoing clinical trials in the practice a new associate will be able to participate if there is interest.

This opportunity will afford a great work life balance and opportunity for long term growth. Compensation will be a base salary with a production bonus – by assuming patients a new associate should bonus year one.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2023 fellows
