• Practice Scope: Comprehensive medical and surgical retina care (no ROP).
• Autonomy: Surgeons enjoy complete control over their clinics each day, handling patient care and clinic decisions independently.
• Location & Facilities: All practice locations are in Las Vegas, with surgery performed at a local surgery center, where a buy-in option is available.
• Volume: Clinics average 40-50 patients per day, with no hospital call required.
• Compensation: Base salary of $400,000 plus a production bonus. Partnership track yields income potential of up to $1 million.
