A unique opportunity is available for a Retina Surgeon to join a growing, physician-owned ophthalmology group in Colorado Springs, CO. The practice owns its own surgery center, which eliminates the need for hospital call.

You will be able to build and manage a full adult retina caseload with significant potential for growth. The group has an established patient base, and new associates can expect to stay busy from the start.

For a new fellow, compensation includes a base salary of $400K, with additional production-based bonuses. There is a structured partnership track, with the opportunity to become a partner after two years.
