Multi-specialty, group, ophthalmology practice interested in adding a retina surgeon. The practice currently has great infrastructure for retina including drug inventory, diagnostic equipment, a robust injection practice, and access to surgical retina equipment where surgery is done. This opportunity is a prime opportunity to be busy very quickly in a quickly growing practice that has doubled in revenue over recent years. A new surgeon will have autonomy and the ability to fully run their own clinical space while receiving patients on arrival from current surgeons. Ample support staff including a scribe will be provided.

$400,000 base salary minimum with a production bonus and robust benefits package. An equal share partnership track is afforded to any surgeon joining the practice.

Requirements of the Retina Surgeon

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Have completed/will complete surgical retina fellowship
