Retina only group is looking to add a full-time retina surgeon in their Jonesboro office. There will be a robust practice from current surgeons in the practice who will provide ongoing support to the new associate. This practice will provide a robust clinical and surgical schedule from the beginning.

There will be no satelliting required with this position and all patients will be seen in their well-equipped office. Clinically the surgeon will always be given a team of ophthalmic techs as well as a scribe. Surgical cases will be mostly diabetic related and there will be no ROP or oncology patients required to be seen although the practice is amenable to someone seeing those patients if they desire.

Compensation will be a generous base with production bonus – this position will easily take home $1mil/year once full established. Practice also offers a 2-year, equal share partnership track.

Requirements of the Retina Surgeon

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2023 fellows
• Must complete/have completed a surgical retina fellowship
