Multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking to add a glaucoma/cataract surgeon. Upon arrival, the new surgeon will be able to inherit a robust practice. The practice enjoys very modern diagnostic and surgical equipment and due to its long history a very efficient clinic. The new surgeon will enjoy a captive patient population and find it easy to grow their practice.

Clinical volume will always be kept manageable with a support staff of techs and a scribe. All surgical cases will be done in the practice owned surgery. The practice is very inviting to new technology and the new surgeon will be able to do MIGS and do refractive cataract surgery if they wish.

Compensation will be a base salary with a production bonus which should be easily attainable year one given the current practice. There will also be buy in options as well.

Requirements of the Glaucoma Surgeon

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Must complete/have completed glaucoma fellowship
