A highly respected cataract and refractive surgery practice in Vancouver, WA, is seeking a talented surgeon to join our team. We are a single-clinic location with a LASIK suite onsite and a strong reputation in cataract and refractive procedures. Our comprehensive setup includes an MD and OD working together to deliver quality, patient-centered care.

Position Details:

• Practice Focus: Cataract and refractive surgery, with all cataracts performed at a nearby ASC; no hospital call required.
• Volume: Current monthly volume includes 15–20 cataract cases and 80–120 LASIK eyes.
• Technology: State-of-the-art anterior segment diagnostic equipment.
• Scope of Role: The new surgeon will assume all existing cataract volume and participate in refractive surgery, with the potential to expand patient base in other areas with owner mentorship and established referral support.
