Multi-specialty ophthalmology practice interested in adding a comprehensive ophthalmologist on a partnership track. This position will provide a high level of autonomy by giving the new associate their own clinic space and staff. Surgery will be done at a nearby ambulatory surgery center.

The practice will be able to provide sub-specialty support with physicians in the practice. Patients will be available on arrival and there is already an established referral network of local optometrists to support the new associate. Optometrists will co-manage patients if desired.

Compensation will be a base salary with a production bonus and robust benefits package. Partnership is generally attained after 2 years and is affordable. This is a great opportunity to grow a practice quickly given the high need, little competition, and support of a long-standing practice. Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2023 residents
