A growing ophthalmology practice that is booked out months is looking to add a new associate comprehensive ophthalmologist. Patients and cases will be handed down from a current surgeon and there will be great room for growth from there. The practice is currently comprehensive in scope and looking for an associate with a diverse skill set to help treat the patient population.

The practice is fed by patients by a large OD referral network that the practice co-manages many of their patients with. The new associate will see all tertiary level care. There will be ample support staff in clinic including a scribe and surgery will be done in a surgery center owned by the practice. Call schedule is only 2-3 weeks a year due to the collective call pooling of physicians in the area.

Compensation will be a generous base salary with a production bonus and a premium benefits package. This will be a true lifestyle opportunity for the one who takes it.

Requirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible.
