Multi-specialty practice looking to add a full-time Glaucoma Surgeon. The practice has an established glaucoma service already and strong cataract volumes practice wide. Ophthalmologists at the practice benefit from an expansive referral network that co-manages with the physicians at the practice and is also managed by a full-time referral liaison.

The new associate will have patients and cases made available to them immediately and quickly ramp up growth. Cases will be glaucoma and cataracts and if there is interest, the new associate may do refractive surgery here as well. Surgery will be done in a practice owned surgery center. In the clinic all providers are supported by techs and a scribe.

Compensation will be a generous base salary with a production bonus – the new associate will bonus year one. 2 year partnership track.

Requirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible. Have completed/will complete a Glaucoma Fellowship
