Full scope Optometrist need near Baltimore, MD has full time opening for an Optometrist.

This practice seeks a doctor to provide eye care to patients utilizing the fullest extent of their license.

Key highlights of the practice:

• OCT, state of the art equipment
• Practice full scope
• Medical and Primary care
• Contact Lens specialty fits a bonus
• Open for a part time OD- 2-3 days a week
• Only 3 patients an hour

Responsibilities of the Optometrist (OD):

• See 3 patients an hour
• Full time – 5 days a week (40 hour week) Mon-Fri- 1 Saturday a month
• Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
• Diagnose ocular disease and vision disorders
• Counsel patients regarding their vision needs

Benefits for the Optometrist (OD) position:

• Competitive hourly rate- ability to earn over $150,000
• Benefits include Health, Dental, Malpractice Insurance, Disability Insurance, CE, Profit Sharing, PTO, Paid Holidays
• W-2 or 1099- your choice- 75.00 an hour for W-2, 85.00 for 1099

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD):

• Doctorate of Optometry degree (OD)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
