Full-time Optometrist needed in the Spring Hill, FL Region! $150K -$170K + Bonuses!
Well-established practice searching for a full time Optometrist for the Port Richey/Spring Hill, FL Region. This region has it all- coastal gulf coast living, night life, restaurants, multiple attractions and excellent school systems. 2 Optometrists needed! A second one for Port Richey in the Fall of 2023.
This practice opportunity includes:
- Well-established practice, Busy patient base- all ages and income levels
- Busy Season average 3-4 patients an hour
- Salary $150-175K + Bonus (earnings of 180-200K)
- Signing bonus of up to $20,000!!
- Excellent Insurance Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Malpractice, CE) + 401K match after 1 year
- PTO-3 weeks
- Paid Holidays and Personal days
- Techs do pre-test and history
- Administer medications & foreign body removal
- Primary Care mix (90% routine vision)
- EHR
- Work 5 days a week
Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in FL required. Excellent clinical and Communication skills. Works well in a team environment.
