Full time Optometrist need in Sebring, FL- MD/OD setting

Great opportunity to join an outstanding MD/OD practice in central FL

. Signing bonus and relo assistance up to $30,000!

. Able to practice a medical/primary care model- glaucoma, dry eye, primary care- great mix of medical/primary care Optometry.

. M-F schedule- no Saturdays!

. Full benefits include: Health, Dental, PTO (4 weeks per year), CE, 401K with match, short & long term disability

. $180,000 base plus bonus system- very competitive pay structure- ability to earn well over $200,000

. State of the art equipment that includes: OCT, Fundus, Visual fields- all digital equipment

. Start date can be immediate or Summer of 2024- very open to new or experienced O.D.

Requirements: O.D. with an active FL license: Excellent clinical and communication skills and thrives in a team environment.
