Multi-location M.D. /O.D. private practice in the Tampa, FL area is looking for a motivated Associate to join their team.
This practice has a very competitive base pay plus commission . They are ready to bring on a doctor soon.

. Excellent, well trained vision team

. Benefits include Health, Vision, short term disability, dental available, life insurance and Malpractice Insurance, vacation pay, 401K and CE expenses

. Full range of patients- techs do all the pretesting

. Base plus commision (upgraded lenses), lot of cataract evaluations
. Bi-lingual Spanish skills a plus

. Outstanding personality is very important

. State of the art equipment

. M-F schedule- no Saturdays!
. Medical skills important- residency training a bonus- medical is more important than contacts or refractions

Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in FL required. Medicare in place preferred– Prefers Excellent clinical and Communication skills. Works well in a team environment.
