We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Retina Specialist to join our well-established, high-volume retina practice located in St. Petersburg, Florida to replace an MD relocating.

Position Highlights:

• Strong support staff including experienced technicians and medical scribes.

• Patient volume: 45–50 patients per day, 4 days per week.

• Surgical volume: 0–3 cases/week, performed at local hospital

• Clinical trial participation: Opportunity to engage patients in ongoing research studies.

• Shared call responsibilities with other retina surgeons for a balanced lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Initial Guaranteed base salary, transitioning to a percentage of collections model.

• Equity opportunities in the parent company, with the option (not obligation) to invest and become a shareholder.
