A well-established eye care practice is looking for a skilled and compassionate Medical Retina Specialist to join our team. Our clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care services, and we are seeking an expert in medical retina to help us deliver top-notch care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of retinal conditions, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion, and other retinal disorders.
• Perform retinal imaging and interpret diagnostic tests such as OCT, fluorescein angiography, and fundus photography.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including administering intravitreal injections and other non-surgical therapies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive eye care.
• Opportunity to do cataracts if desired but not required
• Opportunity for partnership as we are a private, physician owned practice

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology with fellowship training in Medical Retina.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with proficiency in retinal imaging and treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a clinical setting specializing in medical retina.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in retinal treatment and diagnostic technologies.
• Ability to start ASAP
