We are a well-established MD/OD, private, physician owned practice seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our team. Our clinic is dedicated to providing top-quality eye care services, and we are looking for a professional who is committed to excellence in patient care, with expertise in oculoplastic surgery as we would like to expand our current services. We are currently referring out Oculoplastic procedures and would like to keep in house.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the eyelids, tear ducts, and facial structures related to the eyes.
• Perform functional, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries, including blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, tear duct surgery, and more.
• Built in referral network with team of ophthalmologists and optometrists in house and in the community
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Educate patients on treatment options, surgical procedures, and post-surgery care.

Requirements:

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Ophthalmology with fellowship training in Oculoplastic Surgery.
• Eligibility to practice in Florida/receive a Florida Medical License
• Strong surgical skills and a thorough understanding of cosmetic and reconstructive techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
