Progressive, state of the art Ophthalmology Practice in Middletown, CT is searching for their next full time associate to join their wonderful team! The new associate will be busy Day 1 as they have an MD retiring who currently sees about 50 patients a day (full tech/scribe support) and does 8-10 cataracts a week. Assume a full patient base immediately. Big shoes to fill but a great opportunity to become a partner in a private practice.  Excellent practice and opportunity to buy shares into the ASC. Looking for an MD/DO who prioritizes patient care and has a strong work ethic. We are looking for a full time associate. You can make as much money as you want – 40% of what you generate. Make your own schedule! Structured as an IC position – you provide your own benefits and malpractice coverage. Minimal call!
